Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken thighs or breast portions
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can mushroom gravy
    2 c. water with chicken bouillon granules (2 tsp.)
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Brown chicken in small amount of oil.
    Mix rice and rest of ingredients except parsley in 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Put chicken on top of rice and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
