Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cucumbers
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. thick sour cream
    2 to 3 ribs diced celery
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    3/4 tsp. chopped dill
    1/2 small diced onion
Preparation
    Peel and wash cucumbers; slice very thin.
    Place in china (or glass) bowl.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Squeeze cukes dry.
    (If it gets too watery, pour some off.)
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the cukes.
    Mix well and serve.
