Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. finely grated, unpeeled apples (not Delicious)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add remaining ingredients and mix. Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
(Double recipe for 13 x 9-inch pan.)
