New Hummingbird Cake(Makes 16 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each: baking soda and ground cinnamon
    2 egg yolks
    3/4 c. canola oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed pineapple, unsweetened with juice
    2 large bananas, chopped
    3/4 c. pecans (chopped and toasted in 350~ oven for 8 to 10 minutes)
    3 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 10-inch tube cake pan with floured, non-stick baking spray.
    In large bowl, mix together sifted flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Make a well in center and put in yolks, oil, vanilla and pineapple.
    Mix well, but do not beat.
    Fold in bananas and pecans.
