Broccoli-Cheddar Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 bunches cooked and chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Saute the onion in the margarine.
    Blend in the flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk until thick.
    Continue to stir while adding the cheese.
    Add the cooked broccoli.
    Stir and be careful not to scorch the bottom of the pan.
    Serves 6.
