Taco Dip - cooking recipe

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 c. salsa
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. diced tomatoes
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. sliced olives
1/4 c. green olives
tortilla chips
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin and red pepper in large bowl.
Mix until well blended.
Stir in salsa. Spread onto 10-inch serving platter lined with lettuce.
Top with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives.
Serve with chips. Makes 10 appetizer servings.
