Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 to 1/2 c. bacon grease
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Bring
ingredients
to
a boil and while hot, pour over torn, fresh spinach leaves.
Toss!
If desired, thin this with up to 1/3 cup water to give a milder taste.
