Elegant Crab Meat Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery
3 Tbsp. water
dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat
Preparation

Heat undiluted\tsoup;
mix
gelatine with 3 tablespoons water and
add
to
soup.
Stir until dissolved.\tAdd softened cream cheese
and
blend\twell.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold (1 large or 2 small).\tCover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Serve as hors d'oeuvres with crackers.
