Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 whole chicken
    1 pkg. celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Fry bacon and only use grease to brown flour.
    Boil chicken. Cut up in a large boiler.
    When tender, put celery and onions in and cook longer.
    Spoon broth over into browned flour like gravy; then mix into your chicken pot.
