Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
2 1/2 c. rhubarb, chopped
2 1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Stir together the sugar, flour and orange peel.
Put half of fruit in a pie shell; sprinkle with half of orange peel mixture. Put remaining fruit in and sprinkle with remaining mixture.
Dot with butter.
Place on top pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn down oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 35 more minutes, or until juice bubbles.
