Mustard Sauce For Ham(Use With Ham Loaf.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard or more if needed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. melted butter
    heavy cream or half and half
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Blend melted butter with first 3 ingredients. Whip in 1 cup heavy cream or half and half.
    Cook until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add 1 egg yolk, mixing constantly until blended.
    Add 1/4 cup warmed cider vinegar and allow to cool.
    Serve at room temperature.
