Pecan Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. green pepper, grated
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 small onion, grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar and vinegar. Cook over boiling water until thick. Cool slightly. Beat in cheese. Add green pepper and onion. Add pecans.
    Let stand for 2 hours.
