Spinach Madeleine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. reserved liquid
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    crackers, crushed or bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain and reserve liquid.
    Melt butter and add flour; cook until smooth, then add onion.
    Cook until tender, but not brown.
    Add 1/2 cup reserved liquid.
    Stir constantly until smooth and thick.
    Stir in cheese until it melts.
    Mix with spinach.
    Pour into a 9 x 9-inch uncovered, ungreased dish.
    Cover with crushed crackers or bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes
