Bean Chalupa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pinto beans, washed
3 lb. boneless pork roast
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
14 oz. can green chilies to cover
water to cover
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream
lettuce and tomato to cover
Preparation

Put first 8 ingredients in crock-pot.
Cook 7 to 8 hours. Stir occasionally.
Shred pork.
