Light And Fruity Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water and ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) container nondairy whipped topping, thawed
    1 c. diced strawberries
    1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water.
    Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin.
    Stir until slightly thickened.
    Remove unmelted ice.
    Using wire whip, blend in whipped topping, then whip until smooth. Fold in strawberries and chill until mixture will mound, about 15 minutes. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 2 hours.
    Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired.
