Enchilada Casserole(Yummy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. 12 corn tortillas
2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 each 15 oz. + 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium onion, chopped or onion flakes
salt and pepper
3 c. packaged shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup (can use cream of chicken)
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Brown ground beef, garlic powder and onion.
Drain grease.
Add both cans tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam spray or grease lightly. Line bottom of pan with 6 tortillas.
Spread meat mixture over tortillas.
Sprinkle half of cheese over meat.
Layer with 6 tortillas.
Mix soup and milk in bowl.
Pour over top tortillas. Spread over top.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Can serve with lettuce, hot sauce, sour cream, etc.
