Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. rum
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix vanilla wafers and chopped nuts.
    Add cocoa, syrup and rum; mix well.
    Coat hands with confectioners sugar and roll mixture into balls 1/2 to 3/4-inch in diameter.
    Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
    Roll in confectioners sugar and serve.
