Ingredients

1 pkg. sugar cookie dough (in refrigerator section)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. preserves (any kind you like: strawberry is good)
fruit (4 or 5 kinds: bananas, strawberries, pineapple chunks, cherries, grapes, apples, mandarin oranges, blueberries, kiwi, etc.), washed and well drained
sprinkle with pecans (optional)
Preparation

Grease and flour or
spray
pizza
pan with Pam.
Slice cookies and cover pan
with slices.
Bake according to package directions; cool.
Mix preserves with 2 or 3 tablespoons water and heat; cool.
Mix
cream
cheese,
sugar
and vanilla until creamy. Spread on cookie
crust.
Arrange fruit in any design you like. With pastry
brush,
spread
cooled
preserves over fruit.
Place in refrigerator (covered).
