Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar (white granulated)
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 1/2 oz. red food color
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs; add flavors to make a paste with cocoa and food coloring.
    Mix well.
    Alternatively add flour (with salt) and buttermilk.
    Mix soda and vinegar in small bowl, then add to batter.
    Blend well.
    Pour in three 9-inch or 10-inch pans.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When toothpick comes clean from cake it's done but don't overcook.
    Let cool completely.
    Ice with butter frosting or French vanilla!
