Kibbie In Kesck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Kesck, powdered
    1/2 lb. lamb, cut in small pieces
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 c. cubed cabbage
    1 Tbsp. butter
    water
    raw kibbie, shaped like balls
Preparation
    In a kettle, fry the meat, garlic and onions (allee).
    Then add the cabbage.
    Cook until cabbage wilts.
    Then you add your Kesck, stir it, but not hard.
    Add water, about 1/2 kettle full. Keep stirring until it boils.
    Then lower the fire and let it simmer.
    Drop the Kibbie balls into the broth.
    Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve in soup bowls.
    Serves 4 people.
