Creamy Baked Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced, cooked carrots
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. ripe olives, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Bake in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
