Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10-inch) pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
5 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 slices bacon, cut in halves
4 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard (optional)
Preparation

Sprinkle cheese and 1/2 of the bacon into pastry shell.
Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese and bacon. Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Top with bacon halves and continue baking for 35 minutes or until firm and browned.
Cut into wedges.
