Best Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium red potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. dehydrated chives
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    3/4 c. milk
    4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes.
    Drain and beat with mixer.
    Add all ingredients, except for Cheddar cheese and bacon.
    Spray layer casserole dish with Pam or butter.\tPour potatoes in dish.\tCook in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits; return to oven until cheese melts.
    Serves 12.
