Sweet Potato Souffle Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar (granulated)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased baking dish and cover with Crunch Topping below.
