Goose Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium leek onion, sliced
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
    1 c. artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 tsp. salt and green pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    few drops Tabasco
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter over medium heat until tender.
    Add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Slowly add chicken broth, stirring constantly.
    Add next 6 ingredients.
    Simmer until slightly thickened.
    Add cream and heat slowly until warm.
