Cream Cheese Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen corn (can use 6 to 8 oz. more)
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    6 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cook 4 hours on low in crock-pot.
