Greek Style Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 tsp. grond nutmeg
    8 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain fat.
    Stir in next 3 ingredients. Set aside.
    Combine next 2 ingredients.
    Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick (do not boil).
    Beat next 3 ingredients.
    Gradually stir in sauce.
    Add macaroni. Spoon half of macaroni mixture into 2-quart oblong baking dish. Cover with meat mixture.
    Top with remaining macaroni.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
    Makes 4 servings.
