Oven Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 Idaho potatoes
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    dash of pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender. Mash with milk.
    Mix remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 of cheese for garnish.
    Grease 2-quart casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (last 20 minutes, uncover until golden brown).
