Nacho Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation

Melt butter in double boiler.
Add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing well.
Slowly add milk, stirring mixture constantly, until a velvety white sauce forms.
Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
Slice cheese into small chunks for easy melting and stir into white sauce.
Stir until all cheese is melted.
Spoon over nacho chips.
