Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn bread mix, baked, cooled and crumbled (not Jiffy, too sweet)
1 c. fine chopped celery
10 to 12 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2 large tomatoes, chopped fine
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
6 or 8 green onions or red onion, diced (1/2 c.)
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

Mix all above ingredients together with just enough mayonnaise to hold together.
Chill 2 or 3 hours or overnight.
