Lynn'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash, boiled, drained and mixed
    2 carrots, uncooked and grated
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients.
    Sprinkle bottom of pan with small amount of herb dressing.
    Top with squash mixture, then top with remaining herb dressing.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
