Irish Coffee(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jigger (3 Tbsp.) Irish whiskey or Irish Mist liqueur
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. sugar
whipped cream
Preparation

Pour Irish whiskey into a mug.
Add water.
Stir in coffee and sugar.
Microwave on High (100%) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until steaming.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Top with whipped cream.
Yields 1 serving.
