Celestial Crusts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. cream
    9 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    about 1 3/4 c. flour
    nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Mix cream, milk and unbeaten egg yolks.
    Sift flour with sugar and salt.
    Add liquid.
    Form dough into balls the size of 1/2 walnut.
    Roll very thin on floured board to almost size of a saucer.
    Slit 4 times.
    Fry in deep fat 395\u00b0, turning once. Sprinkle with sugar.
