Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
(For sheet cake, bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.)
Cool in pans for 10 minutes and then remove and cool completely.
