Chinese Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. finely shredded Chinese cabbage
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2 medium carrots, finely shredded (1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
    Combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic.
    Pour over cabbage, tossing lightly.
    Cover and chill about 1 hour, stirring once or twice.
