Reduced Calorie Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine in 1/3 cup milk; let set 1 minute.
    Heat in microwave on High about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until dissolved.
    Add remaining milk to dissolved mixture.
    Add pumpkin and spice. Blend well.
    Place mixture over ice water and stir until mixture starts to thicken.
    Pour into diet crust.
    Chill until firm. Nutrient Exchange: 1/3 milk, 1/4 bread and 1/4 meat.
