Oriental Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. onions
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix meat, bread crumbs, onions, mustard, salt, pepper, egg and milk.
    Shape into balls and brown in oil.
    For sauce, mix remaining ingredients together.
    Cook and stir until thickened. Add to meatballs and cook 30 minutes.
    (Freezable at this stage.) Add one medium green pepper (cut in strips), large can of pineapple chunks, and cook until thoroughly heated.
    Serve over rice.
