Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    4 1/2 c. sliced pears
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put into unbaked pie crust.
    Cover with another pie crust.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
