Spiced Peanuts(Yields Approximately 170 Two-Ounce Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. (3 c.) sugar
    1 qt. (3 1/2 c.) water
    5 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cloves
    2 gal. (3 qt. plus 1 c.) roasted peanuts, skins removed
Preparation
    Boil the sugar, water and spices until syrup reaches 293\u00b0. Drop peanuts into syrup; stir until nuts look dry.
    Spread on waxed paper and let cool and dry.
    Fill 1 or 2-ounce cups.
