Alef-Bet Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
    kosher or rock salt
    margarine
Preparation
    In a bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
    Add flour, sugar and salt, and work into a dough.
    Cover with a towel and let rise 1 hour.
