Quick Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can boned chicken (about 1 c.)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 hard-cooked eggs, thinly sliced
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Drain and dice chicken, reserving the broth.
    Combine the chicken, broth, soup, celery, onion, pecans, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise and eggs.
    Spoon into 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
