Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bags bread cubes
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    2 to 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    hot chicken broth
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook sausage slowly in frypan until no longer pink, crumbling meat while cooking.
    In drippings, saute celery and onion until soft but not brown.
    Drain excess grease.
    In large bowl, put bread cubes.
    Add sausage, celery and onion.
    Mix lightly.
    Add hot broth carefully, being careful not to add too much.
    Stuffing should be moist, not soggy!
    Add salt, pepper, parsley, beaten eggs and melted butter.
    Toss lightly!
    Use inside turkey or bake in a buttered casserole.
