English Sultana Tea Scones(Golden Raisins) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. self-rising flour or 1/2 lb. plain flour plus 1 tsp. baking powder
2 oz. unsalted butter
2 oz. golden seedless raisins
2 oz. sugar
3/8 pt. milk (approximately)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Rub butter into flour lightly.
Add sugar and raisins and mix to a soft paste with the milk.
Be careful not to make mixture too wet.
