Impossible Mexican Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
    1 c. taco or Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 10-inch pie plate pan.
    Cook and stir ground beef and onion in skillet until done.
    Drain; stir in seasoning mix.
    Spread beef mixture in pie plate.
    Sprinkle with cheese and chilies.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed.
    Pour into pie plate over mixture.
    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
