Pumpkin Pie(Makes Two 9-Inch Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 c. whole milk
Preparation

Mix well all ingredients.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie shells, unbaked.
Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Bake pies for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes more or until knife comes out clean (butter knife inserted in middle of pie).
