Barbecue Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes (unpeeled)
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix together last 5 ingredients.
    Scrub potatoes and cut into large French fry-like wedges; baste wedges with butter mixture and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender.
