Texas Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 navel oranges
    2 red tart apples, peeled and sliced
    fresh lemon juice
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 small coconut, peeled and shredded
    3/4 c. cherries
Preparation
    Peel oranges, removing white membrane.
    Cut oranges into sections, removing all membranes.
    Sprinkle apples with lemon juice to prevent darkening.
    Toss oranges with apples, pecans, pineapple, coconut and cherries.
