Rich Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 c. sour cream
1 can green peas, drained
1 c. (or more) shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
unbaked biscuits
Preparation

In a large saucepan, heat the chicken, soup, milk and sour cream until very hot and bubbly.
Stir often as it tends to stick. Gently stir in the peas, salt and pepper and cheese.
Pour into a large casserole dish and top with unbaked biscuits.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven until the biscuits are baked and brown.
