Amish Yellow Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, separated
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 full and 1 scant c. flour
1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat egg yolks well.
Add water, sugar, baking powder, salt and flour.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Add cream of tartar to egg whites.
Fold into batter and pour in angel food pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
