Lemon Glazed Cheesecake(Bon Appetit - 1978) - cooking recipe

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Lemon Glaze
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine first 3 ingredients.
Press crust evenly onto bottom and sides of buttered 9 x 13-inch spring-form pan.
Bake for 5 minutes; cool.
